Test Nitrates in your food
Performs express analysis of nitrate contents in fresh fruit and vegetables. Nitrate content analysis is based on conductivity of alternating high-frequency current in the measured product (ionometry). Thus fruits with a high level of nitrates can be poisonous. For example, it is important to note that normal consumption of nitrates is 200 to 300 mg per day. Therefore if you consume 600 to 700 mg per day it is considered toxic. These values are already assessed and calculated for you as soon as the probe is inserted into the fruit or vegetable.
Measure ionizing radiation with the dosimeter function
The dosimeter function measures radiation exposure level in different materials that are exposed. It identifies radioactive contaminated foods and construction supplies. It can also easily measure the level of radioactivity according to the power level of ion radiation (gamma radiation and beta particles flux). For this reason the radiation can change the molecular structure and cause the nucleus and electrons to create a positively charged ion. These positively charged ions can then penetrate into materials and cause damage. Normal radiation exposure is 0.08 to 0.18 Sv/h. So anything greater than 0.4 Sv/h is too high. (0.01 mSv/h = 1 mcR/h).
Records the electromagnetic field in facilities, living areas and from domestic appliances. Electric and magnetic field intensities are evaluated in the environment by the interaction of charged particles. These charged particles can also react with the body’s nervous, immune and reproductive system. Normal levels of exposure depends on the size of area of exposure. These normal and dangerous values of electric and magnetic field intensities are measured in V/m. As a result different areas have been pre-programmed into the EcoVisor F4.
For example, these are normal values for the following areas:
- Commercial facilities (Electric field) less than 500 V/m and (Magnetic field) less than 10 mcTl (microtesla);
- Living area: less than 1 kV/m (kilovolt per meter) and less than 25 mcTl (microtesla);
- Domestic Appliances: less than 25 V/m (volt per meter) and less than 0.25 mcTl (microtesla).
Water quality evaluation. The analysis is based on measurement of high-frequency alternating current conductivity. In other words it measures chloride, sulfate bicarbonate of calcium, sodium, magnesium and potassium. As a result water hardness is measure by: Low – suitable, Medium – suitable in small amount, Hard – not suitable.
